  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns for refunds. We do accept returns or exchanges for store credit if the product purchased is defective or damaged. If this occurs, within 15 days please stop by the store and let us know. You can also send your information including the product details to lverapothecary@gmail.com.
  • Can I order your products online?
    No. At this time, we do not offer any products for purchase online.
  • Is every product in your store made from all natural ingredients?
    No. We source products made from only the highest quality ingredients. We take pride in offering natural, non-toxic skincare, cosmetics and fragrance. While the majority of our products are made from or include natural ingredients, we are committed to offering our customers effective skincare and inspiring fragrances. At times, in order to achieve this; we’ve chosen products that do not exclusively include natural ingredients or materials.
  • Do you offer a wish list feature?
    Yes. You can come into the store and create a wish list. We will keep your list updated and available for your family and friends who want to purchase gifts you have specifically selected for yourself. This way you can be sure you will love whatever you are gifted .
  • Do you offer discounts, coupons or sales?
    We will offer special promotions throughout the year and end of season sales. Be the first to know by signing up for our email notifications!
